This program focuses on improving customer experience and processes through data. It provides an in-depth understanding of the importance of customer value and customer experience in service business, as well as practical tools for identifying, measuring, and managing change in customer journeys and touchpoints based on facts and data.

Contents and Schedule
The program consists of four days, three of which will be delivered face-to-face and one online. During the program days, you will learn about the selected topics under the guidance of an expert and work with other participants to solve the challenges related to the topics using a variety of methods and tools. You will also have the opportunity to discuss, network, and learn from each other. In between the training days, you will apply the methods, tools, and principles you have learned in practice through exercises.
