Contents and Schedule
Through this online course, participants will develop an understanding of how human-centered approaches can enhance AI deployment in organizations from both scientific and practical perspectives. The course examines AI deployment at three levels: individual, workplace and European.
The key issues are:
- Emotions in human behavior
- The influence of emotions on individual decision-making
- The non-rational nature of individuals in the workplace
- The importance of individual in the European context
- Power dynamics, European values and regulation
The course consists of teaching videos, expert interviews, selected reading materials, and related assignments. You can complete the course flexibly at your own pace from anywhere in the world. The estimated study time of the course is 27 hours, and you will have access to the course materials for 8 weeks.
The language of the course is English.
