AaltoJOKO®
AaltoJOKO® is a general management training program for executives and seasoned professionals who want to broaden their overall leadership skills and competence from the perspectives of development, regeneration, and strategic leadership.
The main themes of the AaltoJOKO® program are Productive and Progressive Leadership as well as Strategic Leadership in a Changing Environment. The training program provides concrete tools and practical skills for successful, sustainable, and impactful people-centric leadership.

Growing and reinventing yourself as a leader: Build and refine your leadership identity and ability to lead people based on psychological security, trust, and interaction.
Strategic competence and strategy implementation: Deepen your strategy skills and insight on how strategies are created, realized, and reimagined. Strengthen your competence in leading a profitable and productive organization and excel at managing customer relations, stakeholder engagement, and finances.
Leading renewal, regeneration, and creativity: Harness creativity and potential for innovation and grasp the power of organizational culture as an enabler of change. Learn about the laws of change management and get practical tools for strengthening your organization’s renewal and competitiveness.
Up to 18 ECTS credits can be transferred from this program to the Aalto Executive MBA or the Aalto MBA program.

Contents and Schedule
AaltoJOKO® consists of ten modules covering five themes. The program includes 15 days of in-class teaching, keynote speeches, online learning, and a wide variety of exercises to support participants’ growth as leaders.
The comprehensive and diverse training program is delivered by instructors who have experience in both the academic environment and the world of working life and combines the latest research with practical examples and methods that support learning to create a solid foundation for building leadership skills.
