Contents and Schedule
Through this online course participants will develop an understanding of how team dynamics, diverse group compositions, and supportive environments fuel collective creativity and problem-solving. The course aims to provide a scientific basis for understanding central elements and concepts in creative collaboration as well as to offer a more practice- oriented perspective on how to foster creative collaboration in day-to-day work.
The online course consists of teaching videos, expert interviews, selected reading materials, podcasts and related assignments. You can complete the course flexibly at your own pace from anywhere in the world. The estimated study time of the course is 27 hours, and you will have access to the course materials for 8 weeks. The language of the course is English.

Instructors

Satu Rekonen
Satu Rekonen (DSc, MSc) is a University Lecturer at Aalto University. Her research focuses on collaboration, collaborative practices, group dynamics, and the early-stage development of new solutions.
Satu Rekonen has previously worked at Aalto Design Factory and has been a visiting researcher at Stanford University in California, ESADE Business School in Barcelona, and Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne. The teamwork methods she has developed have been utilized in universities around the world.
