Diploma in Project Management

The Diploma in Project Management program is a comprehensive overview of project management and closely related areas such as managing project teams and stakeholders, effective project management, and project outcomes and impacts. It provides best practices, methodologies, and approaches for managing successful projects and project teams and helps you to become a successful project manager.

At the end of the program, you will have a holistic and multi-dimensional view of project management and the knowledge and skills to manage large-scale projects. You will be able to act as a responsible project manager or project leader in demanding projects requiring extensive project management expertise and will also be well prepared for certification as a project manager.

The program has three approaches: project management, project leadership, and the link between organizational strategy and projects. The program is framed around a project lifecycle approach and project initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring/controlling, and termination, which helps to frame your project clearly. It focuses on good project management, project manager competencies, managing people and stakeholders in projects, and project outcomes/benefits.
