Master Class: Language Solutions for Companies Seeking to Internationalise
As Finnish working life becomes more international, organisations have an increasing need to find effective solutions for multilingual environments. In this Master Class, Aalto University experts will introduce you to various language solutions and research-based practical tools to help your organisation to:

This Master Class will also help you understand the importance of language solutions in improving workflows and fostering workplace well-being. The models and tools presented in this Master Class are based on the open, research-based Kielibuusti.fi platform, and they are freely available to all participants.

Educators
Sanni Heinzmann
MA Sanni Heinzmann is the Content Project Manager for the Kielibuusti project and the Editor-in-Chief of the Kielibuusti.fi portal. She also works as a Finnish language lecturer at Aalto University's Language Centre.
With extensive experience teaching Finnish to international professionals, her pedagogical focus is on developing methods that make learning Finnish easier for adult learners. She has also authored one of the most widely used Finnish language textbook series for adults.
Inkeri Lehtimaja
PhD, Docent Inkeri Lehtimaja is a Finnish language expert in the Kielibuusti project. She also serves as a university lecturer at Aalto University's Language Centre and a researcher at the University of Helsinki.
She has extensive experience teaching Finnish to international students and staff, and her research focuses particularly on language learning in the workplace. Her co-authored "Monikielisen työyhteisön opas" (A guide for a multilingual workplace) was chosen as a finalist for the Business Book of the Year competition organised by Suomen Ekonomit in autumn 2024.
