The Best Project Management Methods for Managing Projects

Projektinhallinnan parhaat käytännöt – PM 2 is a program that will deepen your competence in the management of key project-oriented business success factors, project management models and standards, as well as the various areas and process groups related to project management.

During the program, you will deepen and expand your competence and skills related to projects, project management, and personnel management. After the program, you will be better equipped to serve as a responsible project manager in projects that demand a greater level of project management expertise.

After completing the program, you will be ready for most PMI and IPMA certification processes. It will count towards both PMI and IPMA project management certification and renewal.

Contents and Schedule

The training is structured in two parts: day 1 focuses on the different phases of a project, and day 2 focuses on leadership. The training days consist of instructor-led lectures, lectures, group work, and assignments.
