Strateginen vuorovaikutus puhtaan siirtymän hankkeissa

The course teaches participants about stakeholder engagement in corporate responsibility and sustainability. Participants will learn about the strategic role of stakeholders in shaping business practices and how to effectively identify and analyze their needs. Participants will gain hands-on knowledge of tools for stakeholder mapping, as well as diverse interaction methods such as dialogue and participatory process. The course covers critical areas such as collaboration with different stakeholders and how to manage conflicting interests. Additionally, the course explores the importance of societal acceptance in project work and stakeholder collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

The course includes 6 live online sessions, keynotes from industry speakers, independent online studying, a project work and interactive discussions.

This program is in Finnish only. Participants must live in Finland.
