The employer's aim is to minimize the number of threatening customer situations. Since not all situations can be prevented, anticipation, calm behavior, and following instructions will help in difficult situations.
The topics covered in the Uhkaavat asiakastilanteet online course are designed to equip you and your staff to deal with potentially violent and threatening situations in face-to-face, telephone, and online customer meetings. After completing the e-learning course, you will understand how to prepare for threats, how to react in the event of a threat, and how to act afterward.

The course is aimed at all those working with companies and individuals, such as insurance companies, banks, authorities and organisations, who need to know the full picture of compensation and benefits for accidents at work and occupational diseases in Finland.
