Strategic Sustainability for Business
How do you integrate sustainability into a business strategy?
The green transition is the most significant systemic change of our time. Every organization must undergo a sustainable transformation to a shift towards economically sustainable growth and an economy not based on fossil fuels and overconsumption of natural resources.
Developing sustainability knowledge and capabilities is crucial for organizations to succeed in the future. How is sustainability transformation impacting your company?
The sustainable actions of a company start with an ambitious vision and strategic goals. Engaged leaders need to be aware of the resources required to reach these goals as sustainability has become more of a core function in the organizations rather than remaining as a competitive advantage. It is vital for senior executives and leaders to lead the company responsibly in the future while valuing the company's transparency and reputation. To shape the market, organizations need a sustainable innovation culture and ambition from the top management to make a difference. Are you, as a leader, ready and prepared to take action?
The Strategic Sustainability for Business program focuses on strengthening the link between sustainability and business strategy within the business environment while valuing an innovative mindset. During the program, you will increase your understanding of key strategic themes for future success through sustainability. You will network with experienced leaders and experts via inspiring group discussions, workshops, reflections, lectures, and business presentations.
4.5 ECTS credits can be transferred from this program to the Aalto Executive MBA or Aalto MBA program.
